It's Friday so......
Happy Friday
Fridays don't do it for me anymore. They used to be exciting when I was younger and pay day was every week. In grown up world you don't always get paid weekly... sometimes you're employer is evil and pays you ever 2 weeks. I mean it all works out the same way but I tell you what.... I'd be a little chipper if I got paid every Friday. Then again what am I talking about anyways? Paydays in adult world are far from exciting. There's these things called Bills... some of us have them... a lot of them. So all in all, I prefer Saturdays. Saturdays are sexier. Nothing sexier than being able to sleep into at least 8am and not really having to be anywhere important.
I'm sitting at my desk tuning out my work environment and waiting for 4pm to hit. Today is what we call a flex day in which we can use what is technically our "lunch hour" and leave early for the day.. count me in
How great is Sam Smith right?
He really floats my boat... he's really up my alley.. He kind of looks like Boy George doesn't he?? No?? maybe?? Anyways he's voice is sooo refreshing. He really hits those notes and gives me the shivers.. It's funny because some of my favorite male singers, I don't even find that attractive its just something about their voices that give me chills... I love it.

Mic Check....
In an ideal world, I would be sitting at home making jewelry, updating my blog, shipping our packages, cleaning up my house, having dinner ready before 8pm, playing barbies with Arielle and reading. Oh and shopping! (duh)
Alas, such is NOT life as I sit here daydreaming from my desk. Numbers and data entry are boring...tots. Not all hope is lost though. Although I dread my 6:45 alarm every M-F, I know those days will be a reality... one day. I might be older.. and grayer and Ari will probably not want to play barbies with me by that time... but still one day.
I deleted my old blog because I wanted to start fresh. So this blog will be dedicated to my life, my hobbies, my opinions and such. Feel free to follow along.
